Nossa, faz mto tempo que não apareço por aqui, desde novembro, desculpa, =/
Nesse meio tempo, emagreci e engordei, cheguei até a ficar com apenas 61 quilos, e estou com 67 agora, que triste!
Tenho que voltar à forma, e o blog me incentiva mto , por isso voltei.
Ahh, to namorando novamente, e não sei pq, qdo to amando começo a engordar rsrsrrs
Começo minha dieta hj, que vai se basear em restrição de doces e gorduras, remedio para inibir o apetite e uma hora de exercicios físicos.
